The app automatically locates your location. You can specify your location on the map, enter your address yourself, or select it from your order history or your own favorites. However, the phone’s location is not always accurate. Keeping a WLAN connection on improves location accuracy.

When ordering, you can also choose the car type and payment method if you wish.
The order is free of charge.

Before submitting your order, you will receive a summary of your order. Please check the pickup address carefully to ensure that the car arrives at the correct location. Then confirm the order, which will send it to the dispatch center’s ordering system.

You can pay for your trip with cash, most common debit and credit cards, and smart devices.

The app shows the status of your order. Once a free car has been found for your order, you can track the car’s arrival on the map. The app also tells you the number of the arriving taxi. If necessary, you can send the driver additional instructions regarding your pick-up location via the app using the “Message to driver” section.

When the taxi arrives at the pick-up address, the app will notify you (by vibrating your phone) of the taxi’s arrival. If necessary, the driver will compare the order number with the one in the app to verify that the ordered car is exactly for you.

You will receive a receipt for your trip in your email. Receipts for completed trips can also be found in the app’s “Order History” menu. Please note that there may be a slight delay in receipts arriving in your email and app.

You can rate your trip or the app’s performance in the “Feedback” section. You can also give feedback verbally.

You can cancel the order by pressing the “Cancel” button before the car has had time to confirm it. Once the car has confirmed the order, unfortunately the ride cannot be cancelled.
